Refund policy

For In-Store Purchases: We have a 14-day exchange or store credit policy on full price items, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your full priced item to request an exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to have provided your name and email or phone number at purchase so we can locate your original purchase in our system.

All swim, beauty / skincare, underwear and socks are Final Sale.


Sale items are Final Sale.



We are unable to apply sales and promotions to past purchases.

For Online Purchases from 3rd Parties: The Cubhouse does not accept responsibility for purchases made through our website from 3rd party sellers. Please contact the company directly for help.

If your exchange or store credit request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior communication will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
